Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment Policy

Cameron Wellness and Spa is a private-pay clinic. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). HSA and FSA cards are also accepted.

We do not bill insurance directly. Upon request, we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to the full cost of the scheduled service.

Refund Policy

Prepaid packages and memberships are non-refundable but may be transferable. Individual service refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our office to discuss any concerns.
